In line with our focus on driving societal transformation through a female development approach, The Esthers Academy (TEA) has been developed to equip young women and transitioning women with relevant knowledge, skills, principles and resources required to promote core values, and personal/leadership development, to ultimately enhance purposeful, impactful and productive living. The courses are adequately structured to help build values as a foundation for all round success, identify talents as well as skill gaps, while equipping each individual with resources and tools to excel in any aspect of their life.
TEA is designed to complement the effort of other institutions of learning (Family, Academic and Religious institutions); thereby improving the Female Development Index and increasing the contributing power of women to organizational and societal development.
