We develop and execute projects and programs in schools, communities, and society through proper need analysis, in a bid to bridge the identified gap in female capacity development, and ultimately, promote growth.
Programs
The Blueprint:
This is E-Circle’s flagship event which holds at the beginning of every year. It seeks to provide a road map for all round success in five specific areas for young women, all in line with evolving global trends.
The Uncommon Woman:
This program is designed to promote self-discovery, rediscover the power of influence, and the role of women in organizational/Societal development.
Female Leadership Summit:
This event is targeted at the young women in the universities and is designed to equip the female leaders with the necessary information and tools required to grow, lead effectively, and affect their institutions positively. It also seeks to address the challenges they are constantly faced with, as well as promote the need for leadership development amongst the young women in the universities; which ultimately prepares them for more challenging roles of leadership in society
E-Retreat:
This is an intense three-day event where young women are taken on a journey of personal transformation and wholeness. It is specifically designed to unveil the inhibitions to actualizing one’s visions and goals, re-establish foundational blocks for success and be equipped with tools to conquer their world.
Projects
Our projects span across education, employment and social impact
The E- Skill Project:
This project is geared towards empowering young women in different schools, communities and tertiary institutions with vital skills and information required to earn a decent living, enhance productivity, early career detection, as well as encourage start-ups. It is driven with the one woman, one skill vision.
Esther Education Project
This project is focused on providing educational support and opportunities to underprivileged girls; empowering them to succeed in their educational pursuits and ultimately in life. We believe that access to quality education is a foundation to a successful future, and ultimately, a more developed and thriving society.
The CARLS Project (Career and Life Skill Project)
We provide young women with tools and processes that aid discovery and development of their potentials, equipping them with knowledge and skills required to be successful in life, and be great contributors to societal growth. We also provide exposure and a roadmap to different career options, as well as to mentors in different fields in order to help them make informed decisions for career, early!
